There is a lift to the first floor and level access to all rooms once in the building.
There is a portable ramp to access the main entrance to the building. There is a small step. The entrance is monitored with CCTV from the staffed reception inside. Staff have said they will be looking for anyone requiring the ramp and will put the ramp out quickly when required.
Floors are wooden, not carpeted.
The door into the main room, the Theatre, is narrow. Specific widths of doors on the first floor are: The theatre door 780mm wide; Men’s toilet door is 760mm at its smallest width; Women’s toilet door is 770mm wide. There is room to move around once through the doors and there will be paths suitable for wheelchair users between tables.

Packs and written material – Delegate packs and information can be made available in large print and on different colours of paper on request, in English.
Unfortunately, due to not having any funding, we cannot do delegate packs in Braille, audio or other formats. However we can send all information to you electronically in advance.
Any questions or access requirements please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan and gluten-free light refreshments will be available during the day.
There is a break between the daytime and evening events and a list of some of the local restaurants is in the delegate pack.
If you have any specific dietary requirements please email us before we get refreshments arranged. Please note hot and cold soft drinks and biscuits and cakes are available, there will not be a buffet or full meal, as refreshments are included in the entry fee and we aim to keep prices low so we don’t exclude anyone.
Email: email@example.com with specific dietary requirements and we’ll see what we can do.
Children and young people under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult, but get free entry to the daytime event. Some workshops may not be suitable for children. These will be clearly labelled in the delegate pack. Attendance at any workshop or part of the event is parental advisory.
