BiFest Wales 2015 Confirmed -9th May 2015

We’re pleased to announce BiFest Wales 2015 has just been confirmed.
BiFest Wales will take place on Saturday 9th May 2015.
Daytime 12 noon to 6pm; evening live alternative music and DJs 7:30pm to 11:45pm at YMCA Swansea.
Daytime: Free for under 25s. £2 donation for people over 25, including refreshments
Evening: £2 donation entry all ages.
Daytime: bi-themed, community, craft and fun Workshops, craft area, social space, community information and refreshments during the day.
Evening: DJs and live music from choirs, rock, goth, industrial and alternative acts to be announced.

Bi Cardiff and Bi Swansea dates for 2015

We are happy to announce Bi Cardiff and Bi Swansea continue to meet monthly throughout 2015.
Dates for both groups have been added to the group pages of this website and are announced on the FaceBook groups.

Raffle prizes announced for BiFest Wales – Saturday 10th May 2014


Raffle tickets are just 20p each or £1 a strip (5 chances to win!) A list of prizes is here and available on the day. Pay for tickets at the registration desk  or someone will be walking around with tickets on sale.
Can’t be with us until the end? No worries, names and phone numbers can be written on the back of tickets and we’ll contact you after BiFest Wales if you’ve won.
All money raised helps to make BiFest Wales a success, keep entry prices down and any surplus supports the work of Bi Cymru/Wales, Bi Cardiff and Bi Swansea.

Workshops announced for BiFest Wales 2014

An exciting variety of workshops, both serious and fun, has been announced for BiFest Wales 2014.

There’s less than 2 weeks to go now until BiFest Wales 2014, Saturday 10th May 2014 – 12 noon until 11:45pm

In the Theatre, first floor, Swansea YMCA, 1 The Kingsway, Swansea we’ll be holding the event, including the live music and DJs evening social and daytime workshops and social event. For more information see the BiFest Wales section of this website or the FaceBook event for Bi Cymru/Wales.

Full evening live music event line-up confirmed for BiFest Wales 2014

As plans for BiFest Wales 2014 on Saturday 10th May take shape we’re pleased to announce the live music acts supporting the evening event.

Doors 7:30pm, first band 8pm, finish: Midnight.
£3 on the door (evening only), £4 with daytime event.
A bar will be available in The Theatre on the 1st floor of Swansea YMCA. Please bring ID if you look under 25.

Tutti Fruity – Swansea’s recently formed LGBT friendly choir will be performing a song at the start of the evening.

Kayleigh Emma Morgan  – a solo acoustic singer, songwriter and guitarist.

Rock of Ages – a Classic Rock band spanning time both musically and ages of the band members (12 to 65)

Finishing with:
DrakenWerks – A Welsh Cyber-Industrial artist – will be closing BiFest Wales 2014. Home grown industrial talent.

Daytime event 12 noon until 6:30pm

Evening live music and DJ event with an alternative theme 7:30pm until Midnight
